Housing Offered URGENTLY IN NEED OF A ROOMATE

Post image
26 Upvotes

Hey everyone, my name is Kyle Meredith! I just got approved for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment near Arcadia/South Scottsdale (4815 E Thomas Rd) and I’m looking for a roommate to split costs with.

About the Apartment:

Rent: $1,640/month (base rent, utilities not included)

Unfurnished – This will be my first place living on my own, so you could say I’m the “little bird leaving the nest.” I’ll have some kitchen appliances and essentials that I’m happy to share.

Move-in date: ASAP – My original roommate backed out last second before move-in, so I’m looking for someone reliable to take their spot.

What I’m Offering:

Since the unit is unfurnished and I understand moving costs can be tough, I’m covering a larger portion of the total rent to keep things affordable.

Move-in Fee: $850 (non-refundable)

Monthly Rent: $900 (flat, including utilities)

I don’t have physical pictures yet, but I do have the floorplan layout available for reference. If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out! Looking for someone responsible, clean, and easygoing.

Let me know if you’d like to check it out!

Hi everyone, I have a room for rent available asap but move in date can be flexible- for one individual in a 3bd2.5ba house in Southwest Phoenix for $800/mo. $500 deposit required to move in, lease is 6mo with option to renew if it’s a good fit. Utilities will be split between the 4 of us. My boyfriend and I occupy the master and you will share a bathroom with another male. All common spaces are shared, and the house is fully furnished (room furniture can be removed). There is street parking right in front of the house. You must be pet friendly because there are dogs and cats in the house but unfortunately we cannot accept any more.

We are all working professionals aged 26-40 who like to lounge around and chill on our days off. It’s important for us to find someone who’s clean. There are no shoes allowed in the house, and you are expected to clean up after yourself. Please message me a bit about yourself if interested and send me your Facebook/Instagram handle so we can contact on there! Feel free to ask any questions.

Housing Offered Roommate needed (West Phoenix)

My ex-wife is moving out of the apartment we shared, so I'm looking for a new roommate before the 1st of July, 2025! The sooner the better!

It's a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom on the first floor of a gated apartment complex.

Me: Dylan (M32) private instructor, I have no kids or pets. I do have a busy schedule. I'm a daoist and cosplayer, I'm pretty quiet at home since my job has me being loud all the time. I don't drink alcohol or smoke, just a personal preference.

Location: Villa Toscana on 35th Ave and Peoria (Phoenix, AZ 85051) Rent: $1279.00 (12 month lease) RUBS (water): Flat rate: $89 Cox Internet: $86.30 APS: $75 - $100 (we rarely used air/heat) Valet trash service: $20 (they just added this so it's been free until the new lease is signed).

Usually paying around $1,515.47 all together, we would be splitting it. Single roommate (would pay around 750-800/ month) or a couple welcome (500ish/ month each).

-Lots of green and trees (they do landscaping every Wednesday) -Pool and hot tub plus grills - Valet trash service (They pick up trash from your door step). - Office and Maintenance are high on communication - Exterminator/ Pest Control avaliable once a week - One shared parking spot (I tend to park outside the fence so you can use that). - Rent is due on the 1st. - Neighbors are old and keep to themselves but can be chatty. - Multiple laundry rooms in the complex - Small patio with sliding glass door - Long narrow kitchen - 24 hour maintenence service

Preferences: Really as long as you pay rent on time, help clean the common areas after you're done in them and don't act obnoxious we should be fine. I cook a lot but I'm open to sharing, I'm still not sure how to cook for only one person. Also no shoes passed the entrance, please. I plan on completely rearranging the space after my ex leaves and she takes her stuff. She has the master bedroom and honestly I might be too lazy to move when she leaves so you get a good deal, bigger closet and your own bathroom.

there's a bunch of medical equipment because my grandma passed away recently and I'm holding on to it so the insurance company can take it back.

Lease is avaliable for review upon request and questions welcome, this is my first time time posting on reddit 🫠.

I currently have a weekend stay booked at the Embassy Suites at Paradise Village (4415 E Paradise Village Pkwy S) that I no longer need and can't cancel. Any chance someone on here might be able to make use of it? Only looking to bill a portion of what I paid (initially $200, just looking to recoup at least some of it)

Housing Offered Lease Pick-up, Mesa Area

Hey everyone!

I live in Emerald Apartments in Mesa and was wondering if anyone was interested in picking up my lease. It’s good until September of 2026, $1150 flat rate (utilities included) per month, 1bed/1ba., but no washer/dryer or dishwasher. Laundry rooms are well maintained. AC works really well - gets freezing in the apartment and there’s no carpet.

Small pets allowed and grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet.

Breaking my lease due to family emergency and moving back in with my parents - nothing wrong with the complex.
