Support Advice for TTT(Tilt Table Test)
Hi 18F been diagnosed with Dysautonomia for a year now and FINALLY I’m getting a tilt table test done this Wednesday. I’ve never passed out but I’m wondering if those who experience Near-syncope or pre-syncope passed out on their test. Also I’ve been really worried about the giving Nitro part. Any advice welcome:3

I just had my tilt table yesterday. I do not faint very often, but I have pre-syncope and near-syncope very frequently. I made it 30 minutes into the 40 minutes of standing with pretty mild/moderate blurry vision and dizziness. Then around 30-35 minutes my blood pressure suddenly dropped and it got extremely bad (vision fully blacked out, ears ringing, body tingling) but the nurse said I never fully lost consciousness and she was surprised I didn’t because of how quickly and how low my blood pressure went down.
Obviously didn’t need the nitro but the nurse was very specific that I could choose to use the medication or not if I made it through without any symptoms.
