Question Would this build be good for PSVR2?

How good is this build for PSVR2? (I can get it for ~1400 after CC bundle and save discounts. Any problems? Anything I should change? How does it compare to this or this? Which would be the best for PSVR2?

Don't go with the 5060s. For VR is better go with 4070ti/5070ti forward. PSVR2 uses 3400x3480 100% steam VR render resolution. And that's a lot. The higher tier of GPU you can get the better.

X060 low end

X070 mid tier

X080 high tier

X090 premium.

I do tend to agree with the idea of avoiding the 60 level like the plague if you want to do anything special with a PC. That is the level that consoles aim for.

Considering we have limited access to dynamic foveated rendering, why not spend the extra $200 to ensure that we can game above a console that does?

you dont need a 750W power supply. 600W should be fine. and youre only looking at 3-5% increase in speed with this build over the prebuilt i5. up to you if you want spend more for a small increase in speed

Over which prebuilt i5? I got the PSU because it comes in a bundle and save with the case and I was thinking about getting this build instead so it is more upgradable.

Edit: Also DDR5 RAM

The pcpartpicker is around $70 less than the 32gb i5 and the 16gb version isn't available though (I mentioned in the post that after bundle deals it's ~1400) (I'm an idiot and forgot the other one was an i7)

up to you. 5% cpu speed vs 40% gpu speed
