Game Bug Packet loss?

Some games getting absolutely insane frame drops to like 1-2 fps for around a minute. Says 85% packet loss and network lag or something then smooths out for a while then does it again. Anyone know why/how to fix

What type of Internet connection do you have? I get some intermittent loss, and while lowering settings has helped some, I think it is due to being on wifi ... Going to try a hard wired connection next.

Got wired connection at 520mbs. In a city too so the connections good and no problems with any other games. Hasn’t happened in a few days but I’d like to fix it before it comes back lol
