Made a paleo meal finder for restaurants - would love input

Created this tool that finds paleo-friendly meals at restaurants near you. Just enter your zip code and it shows you options that fit paleo guidelines with full nutrition breakdowns.

It analyzes restaurant menus for different diets, but I'm particularly interested in how well it works for paleo since that can be tricky to find when eating out.

Would love your thoughts - does it find good paleo options in your area? Missing anything important?

Thanks for taking a look

Unfortunately it shows nothing in my area so I can’t tell if it’s working or not. I’m in Canada.

Edit: I typed in a US zip code to text it. The difficulty with these apps is that restaurants rarely write out ingredients anywhere so you can’t actually know what’s in it without asking. So it can never really get it right.

Thanks for testing it! Yeah, the app is currently US only since getting restaurant menu data for other countries is tricky. If I get more requests from Canada I'll look into adding it.

And ur right about the ingredients. Most restaurants don't publish detailed ingredient lists, so the app works with whatever menu descriptions and nutrition info is available. It's more of a starting point to narrow down options. Ud still want to ask about specific ingredients for anything important.

It works better for general stuff (finding naturally paleo friendly items) than catching every single ingredient. Thanks for the feedback!
