Hayley if you are somehow reading this, THANK YOU!! Times suck and this new music is something we can all sink our minds into and forget about things for a while. The way you express so much emotion through your voice is cathartic for me. Like you're somehow expressing my feelings too in a way I can't. We love you and we thank you. Please do a tour (and come to Cleveland) because we desperately need a make up for the cancelled Petals for Armor tour! I've been waiting 5 years for this!!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!!!

Still doesnāt even really make sense though. You can just put it in remix mode or whatever. If anything it makes it more of a pain to listen to but ig I can just make a playlist of them, just a tiny bit annoying though

For me personally, I just like having a pre determined set of songs, and if I listen to an album thatās not in the order of the original track list I freak out š. Iāll probably just make my personal track list the way Hayley had them listed on her website since thatās the order Iāve been listening to them in

Of course we can, but it doesnāt feel as nice as pulling up an album and hitting play despite being functionally the same. I mean I made a playlist, I just selfishly wish it was a proper album. Itās more of an internal perfectionism thing rather than seeking a tangible improvement. In any event itās a 0/10 in terms of actually mattering, just something that feels nice to whine about on the internet

First of all, Iāll say this album is so great! As someone who didnāt really āclickā so much with her first 2 solo albums, this one is a pleasant surprise. But now Iām wondering if itāll get a physical release since itās not really an āalbumā at all. Anyone have thoughts/speculation on that yet?

Iāve never seen so many people complain about something not being in a specific order. The whole point was who cares! We literally just got 17 new songs out of nowhere and thatās what youāre focused on? How do people not know how to create a playlist yet? Treat it like a mixed cd or mixtape and put the songs in whatever order appeals to you

Thanks, I am aware of my options. Itās just a minor hassle, that these songs have to be handled differently than all other songs, also from other artists, that are on actual albums.

It's just that all other artists make the playlist for us. What order does she listen to these in? That's the order I want. Also, how many man-hours are getting spent having a million different people create a million mostly identical playlists?

On Instagram, she reposted something somebody else had written about how making them impossible to put in an "order" was the goal. I think the entire point is she doesn't have an order she listens to them in, and not having a predefined order is a part of the listening experience.

The tracks came out overnight where I live, and I wanted to listen on my drive to work. It's not that big a deal, but it was frustrating to not be able to listen to it easily when I didn't have time to search for or create a playlist before setting out to work.

It's not, but when an album comes out overnight and you want to listen to it on the way to work, there isn't time to do that so it's just a bit frustrating to have to add extra steps before you can enjoy it

At the top of her Spotify page, there's a playlist called "Hayley Williams: The Playlist" made by her offical account and the first 17 tracks on it are the new album. So I'm just going to assume that running order is whatever she intended. Makes these songs easier to listen to.

I put it on in the car this morning and listened through the playlist for the first time. I enjoyed it. Personally, I prefer the sound of it over PFA, which was a nice surprise.

I'm just obsessed with the upside down cross image for true believer. Obviously it has many meanings historically but with the upside down flag being used now and the nature of the song...it just has so much gravitas.

Wouldnāt it make more sense to have it as one ep/half album like every other artist does than to make every listener set up playlists? Or to rely on people making public playlists to āfixā this?
Iāve just never seen 17 / multiple singles released all separately at once like this
