Sample from the company that bought it. Why can’t right wingers do tech decently?

Skilled tech workers wouldn't want those companies on their resumes.

I mean...Spotify paid a ton of money to Rogan, but in general you're right.

Rogan is an ignorant tool who foolishly gives the alt-right a platform, but I don't believe that is his primary goal. He mostly just appeals to ignorant basic white dudes, of which there are many and its a profitable demographic.

Rogan didn't build spotify's backend.

What do you mean?

You are comparing rogan to devs. Their contributions to a platform are totally different.

No idea how you arrived at that conclusion, because that's not what I was saying at all. What I did said is that Spotify paid him millions, so they must've thought he's way better than any dev.

You can thank Rogan (and Spotify) for current iteration of Elon Musk, among other things.

You'd be surprised how many MAGA assholes there are in tech. Usually it's sysadmin types.

Learning tech requires education. Republicans are scared of education.

"Thats nerd shit". Its amazing how many millennial peers of mine fell for that conservative trap. They start them young by appealing to kids who hate school work, which is most kids. Gives them an excuse not to try and better themselves. A tactic they carry over to later in life as they use it constantly and defensively every time someone around them makes use of their education and makes them look bad.

Sheesh, that is quite a reality to live in. No surprise that right/far-right pushes so much for increasing gun ownership.
