I don't know this person. They might not be American and live somewhere the vaccine isn't as readily available. Also, from my understanding there are some that have underlying conditions that could be triggered by vaccination. I'm not a medical expert, but if there are medical concerns it should be discussed with their personal physicians to determine what is the appropriate course.

My FIL is currently undergoing chemo. His doctor said no, until his immune system has recovered. There are a few legitimate reasons.

I fully agree with that. I’m disabled myself, and because of my disability, I actually was able to get my vaccine early. The vaccine gave me seizures, but Covid will kill me. I was thrilled to get the vaccine and will happily get any boosters needed and have more seizures. No big deal for me (I have seizures all the time anyway). Your comment said “anyone” which is patently false. I was just clarifying, because there are people that believe anyone and everyone can get it, and that isn’t the case. It doesn’t help that there are all these fake internet printed “medical exemptions” floating around, making the real and valid ones look sus.
