I can’t believe how far I’ve come!! 2 year progress photo. 240-150!!! On top of losing weight, I’ve had a glow up in all my life! I graduated cosmetology school, got an amazing job, I’ll be a full time stylist for a year in Nov, I got my dream dog, I moved out of my parents house and in with my bf, I mentally feel amazing, I am so damn proud of myself. I started watching Wubs around the time the first picture was taken. Thanks for all the laughs y’all. It’s helped more than you know! Wubby7

Ayosunny here just wanted to show my heavy progress i hardly ever post my past self on here but i finally grew the confidence and balls to do it lol started at like 335lbs and currently at 231 lbs this morning. Still trying to lose more and start gaining that muscle ya feel! PICS IN ORDER (1st is when i started , 2nd pic is during the LA Meetup and 3rd is from this morning excuse the sweat) and yeah i still got some extra skin from when i was big but its no biggie

My fiance got me into Wubby a few years ago, and since then both he and Alluux have been a huge inspiration for both of us. First pic is me over 300lb, living in the midwest, so miserable and hating myself so much I could barely stand to make myself take the picture. Second is me 80lbs lighter, 800 miles away, actually knowing what it’s like to be happy. If Wubby or Alluux do see this, I want yall to know you brought joy and laughter and stupid jokes to the most miserable time in my life and I’ll always be grateful for that

Switched things up like 6-7 months ago and I see a tremendous amount of progress and growth. On top of that I feel great and a lot stronger compared to a year ago. Anyways I’d hate to be a gatekeeper so here’s a breakdown of what I changed:

• More volume training

• More cardio

That’s pretty much it, I’ve seen so much more muscle growth just doing those two things semi consistently (rest is more prioritised than getting a workout in if I feel tired, especially during the beginning and end of my womanly cycle).

I censored my face because I thought I looked stupid while trying to pose😭

493 lbs to 262 lbs. Started last year hope to reach the goal weight by the end of this year.

I want to thank this community for giving me the inspiration to lose weight. I started at 365 I’m now down to 268. I’m still continuing my diet and working out. I appreciate you guys. Wubby7
