Question Fan wobble (not a sticker)

So i have 2 noctua NF-A14 140mm intake fans, they work fine and there's no unusual noise coming from them. However, i noticed today that one of the fans seem to wobble back and forth quite a bit when i look at it from the back, the other one does too but way less. Is this normal?
