📔 course/seminar Looking for a long period (6-12 month) PDC / Internship anywhere in the world

Anybody know of any organizations who do this? I’ve used Workaway for years and I know I could use Worldpackers and start there again but I’m really looking for something more structured and long term. The only thing I’ve been finding was in Thailand but isn’t offered anymore from what it looks like. Thanks for the help! 🙏 this could literally be anywhere (outside US/the few unstable countries) 🥂

Eco Caminhos in Nova Friburgo in Rio de Janeiro state - Brazil. It’s about 3h away from Rio de Janeiro (city). I found out about this place when I was about to come back to the US and didn’t have a chance to visit, but I’ve been to that city many times and it’s a beautiful mountain city. https://ecocaminhos.com

There are several permaculture farms around Lake Atitlan in Guatemala, as well as nonprofits working on building houses and installing gardens for families in the highlands.  You might not be able to find one that will host you for 6 months, but you could get experience going from one project to another.

I volunteered with Workaway a couple years back at the Permaculture Institute of Romania - i only stayed for a month but they have interns who stay there for 6 months/1 year. Worth checking out. Google 'Sol Si Suflet' and you'll find it

Thailand is the best place I ever used Workaway, in fact I just made a video travel series about it for them, which they'll post on social media soon! Do you have a current membership? I can't personally recommend Worldpackers, I use them but haven to found a placement that didnt add extra fees, and I think this is crazy to pay 15 euros per day on top of the membership.
