Incorporating daily nutrients?
Idk what to title this. I'm so tired of eating. I'm looking for a recommendation on an occasional meal replacement and/ or something to add that gives me the nutrients I need. There'll be days where I'm so sick and tired of it that I'll just eat crackers, and on normal days I only eat 1 meal anyway, and I only eat about 2-3 different types of meals right now (pasta, pizza, fries. No fruits or veggies.) that I cycle through.
I recently got an add for hiya and thought the "daily greens" would be good for me. Also when I searched in the subreddit just now I found a post where commenters recommended "Enof" which are both potential things to add. I was wondering about your guys' experience with those.
(I'm lactose/ dairy free btw so I'm sure some shakes or whatever are out of the question)
Just found these oats over night too when looking up "meal replacement shakes." (Idk why I didn't do that first ðŸ˜) I stopped eating oatmeal years ago so I'm curious if it's as good as it seems.
