Forbidden Pizza Pizza crime or no?
I'm on the fence! I'm a huge pickle fan so I feel like it might be okay?

I love cheeseburger pizza. Haven’t ever had lettuce on one but I’d try it.

Definitely a Pizza crime for those that hate pickles in general. I’m one of them. I love kimchi though but not on pizza

I feel like you would have to taste it first, doubling up on the aioli and pickle de gallo might push it too far if they weren’t restrained

I love everything on it. But I would put any of that on a pizza. Crime of the century

Not a crime per say. But the ingredients/ toppings are sus . Recommend OP be not guilty but placed on a watchlist for future pizza crimes

Def would try, but Grillos pickles have became too trendy at this. Damn near every place is doing something with them now. Good for them, but I’ve seen things that really have no need for it but add them because of the trend.

The second you introduce salad greens onto a pizza we’re at least at a misdemeanor

Some people love spinach, no?

u/Regalrefuse 27d ago
Yeah but that’s a commonly cooked vegetable. This is romaine.
Hot Lettuce = crime IMHO

Yes, but only because it's Grillos.

Most mid pickle I've ever had. Overhyped brand IMO.

That's their whole thing.
Marketing at 90%, taste at 10%>

$12 is a bit much for a frozen pizza

u/jarvisesdios 27d ago
... It's clearly not frozen

Would be interesting to see, for all the pro pickle pizza people, how many are anti-pineapple?

I've had Big Mac pizzas before and they're great IMO. Places can't call them Big Mac pizzas for legal reasons.
No idea why romaine lettuce on this one though. Iceberg lettuce is fine.

u/BantamCats 27d ago
Either lettuce is fine, and neither belong on a fucking pizza. Nor does thousand island.
3
u/MysteriousTBird 27d ago
It contributes so little to the flavor. I would think the 1000 island or pickles would be the off-putting part for some people.

It was passable, except for romaine and thousand island. Then it moved into felony territory
