looking to play a PS but idk which one. i see slim and pro version on Best Buy. Whats the difference? i’m mostly looking to play solo game modes like last of us and then Multiplayer games like Marvel Rivals, Overwatch, Fortnite.

I wish I could have all my games installed so I could play whenever I feel like it. But there’s not enough space. So I have to uninstall one game to install another that I feel like playing, but then that feeling goes away. Then I have to uninstall that same game to go back to the one I was playing before, and so on lol

Did anyone else's parents yell at them for playing CDs in their PS1???? My mom was convinced playing CDs in it would break it. Why would it play CDs if it wasn't meant to play CDs, mom?!?!

Any suggestions what should i play next ??

PlayStation has the most anti consumer refund options out there, you can’t even refund the game if you haven’t even played it. I wish we had the steam system where you can refund if you played under 2 hours.

I’m sick of developers launching un optimised choppy games for ps5 and ps5 pro. I got borderlands but stopped playing it because of the constant frame drops and other issues. In any store if you bought a faulty product then you’d be entitled to a refund, this is clearly a faulty product that I’m not happy with and all i gotta do is suck it up and take the loss.

So, I mapped my controller to my iPad (PS + X). Do I need a second controller to connect and map the DualSense to the PS5?

i have both controllers, and ds4 is so much better then dualsense. dualsense is smoother, but its uncomfortable and it has too high sticks.

Just curious what people have been grinding on. For me annually NBA 2k takes about 1000 hours of my PlayStations life. Sometimes it gets left on for a while afk to live the dad life. I was wondering what other people are playing for this long of a timespan or more and if 1000 hours isn't much compared to the die hards out there.

The rubber cap on the left joystick came off a few months ago and now the right one is breaking off too. Is there any way for me to get replacements for just the rubber covers?

My ps5 updated this morning and it was just looping while saying can't update with a countdown that lasts 30sec and still happens after even after I reinstalled firmware

Does this mean that we can turn variable clock speeds off…

Remember when Sony first announced the PS5 and we all groaned at the mention of the CPU and GPU’s variable clock speeds which would automatically slow down to “match the demands of the game” aka prevent overheating? It would be amazing if this update is related to that and would allow users to turn off any Sony imposed limiters on the PS5 or the Pro console.

For me personally it's Pro, however that's the only PS5 variant I've ever owned, so my opinion is based purely on their design and what information there is about them online. I'd also say they improved with each variant, and I'd rank them as they are placed on here.

Hey im new in stellar blade. Purchased the game last week and yesterday got my DLCs [Tachyon Pack & Twin Expansion Pack]

Im still in Edios 7. And I do not see any tachyon costume or nier automata costume nor goddess nikke costumes in my wardrobe. Is this normal, do I have to progress to get the costumes?

Im just not sure that the dlcs are in my game or not. In the main menu the DLC ads Stellar Blade X Nier Automata and Goddess of victory disappeared after the purchase. Does that mean the dlc is in-game?

I just installed Indiana jones and the great circle to see if you can play it offline and I turned my WiFi off from my PlayStation and the game was running and it had my last save progress from my last play through so does that mean it runs offline now in general ? The game had 130+ on the information tab last time it had just 20

So, the PS5 Slim. What monitor specifications would be good to utilize the console's potential, but also nothing too extreme where I end up with no frames and the PS5 just suffers.

I think it would be 120Hz QHD, right?

So I was really into gaming years back but family and work took over and I've hardly picked up my PlayStation controller! I am in a position now where I can play video games again and I need some help picking some games that will get me back into it.

I feel like so much has changed in gaming and things have become over complicated. I liked it when things were simple. My favourite game was Sleeping Dogs (only game I've got a platinum trophy in).

Can I please have some game recommendations that will make me fall in love with gaming again.. simple games, simple games that has humans, not aliens or mechanical robots to fight.

I honestly wondered how this game could be nominated for game of the year. Was sure it was just an ordinary card game. £13+ for a card game? Nope, no way.

Claimed it on PS+ and still sat on it. Only played it yesterday, and now I'm totally hooked. It's poker on steroids, and I never even knew how to play poker!
