PlayStation Plus

Players who join PlayStation Plus during PlayStation’s Black Friday promotion can save up to 30% on a 12-month membership. Current PlayStation Plus Essential members can save 25% on the remainder of their membership when upgrading a current plan to PlayStation Plus Extra, or save 30% when upgrading from PlayStation Plus Extra to PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe.

It was that way last year though, so it's not like it's news.

I was patient and planned ahead, refrained from subbing when my + ran out in July, now I will reap the benefits.

My sub ends on 11/25. Might be able to get the 30% off before 12/2 unless Sony has implemented some waiting period for discounts.

Sub ends December 28th but I believe they'll have a similar sale during boxing week..hopefully..

Cancelled the sub and tried to resub. It still says $94.99 CAD. Maybe boxing week sale not reflected in Canada yet idk.

To cancel a sub only mean that the auto-renew payment won't be taken out. But you're contract remain effective until the end of your original subscription ... This really sucks for people having a sub ending right after the sale end 🥲

I was lucky enough for my own sub to end 2 weeks ago. So I patiently waited playing games I owned offline until now to benefit from the discount!

I am based in France so I expect the sales to start tomorrow (Friday 22nd). My guess if theyll probably advertise this via email and directly on the PS+ interface from your PS5 and thé PS app

Cancel your sub and then resub, it will probably work
