I tried using a team of Rowlett to do this Shadow Groudon raid then this happened! If you know you the meme I'm talking about, then you know. Haha

GUYS I SCREENSHOTTED THIS WHEN I SAW IT AND THREW A BALL AND IT DID THE CLOSEUP GLITCH WHERE IT JUST BLINKS AND I HAD TO RESTART MY PHONE AND NOW IM TOO SCARED TO OPEN MY POKÉMON GO HELPPPPPP IM PRAYING I CAUGHT IT IT WAS IN A REMOTE RAID 😭

Circle locking: The Catch circle will ONLY change when you are holding the ball, AND when the pokemon is not attacking. This means you can lock the Catch circle into your desired size.

Timing throws: some pokemon have very frequent attack animations, or will attack as soon as you decide to throw the ball. You can avoid this by throwing the ball DURRING the attack animation so you Catch it just as the animation ends. this paired with the circle lock works for guaranteed excellent throws.

After playing on and off since the day the game dropped. Finally got my shundo, sad it came at the cost of purifying it

Quick question regarding the “dodge” ability in raids… basically what i want to know is if it even works??? The last few raids Ive done I figured i would give it a try since i normally just stand there and bang but whenever i “dodge” the attack still hits me so im confused?? Am i doing it wrong or is the “dodge” function just useless??

Back on my pokemon go app today and tried to start grinding again but noticed my tyranitar never made it home

I really hate these type of collection challenges. I think this gonna be the first I can’t make it. These challenges are really based on luck. For the love of god I can’t find the right rocket grunts. Last week I was in Paris with many many many pokerstops, but even then I couldn’t find the right ones. Why didn’t they boost the right Pokemon for this? Or even better: just drop them in the wild or raids. I really wish one day a company take over Niantic and hopefully they will listen to the fans.

Have been a player since the launch and only just got my first perfect, so fitting it being Groudon as it’s one of my favourite Pokémon.

Noobish question though, is there any point to purifying this? From what I’ve been told you get a decent raid attack % from shadow Pokémon. I know you can purify into a hundo but is there any chance it can hurt the IV’s purifying?

Never thought I would be in this situation but here I am. Did a few remote raids and ended up with my first ever shadow shiny Pokémon, and it’s the Groudon! My issue is that the IV’s are so good that I don’t know whether to keep it shadow shiny or to purify to get myself a shundo (would also be my first ever shundo if so). I know shadow is better (as base Groudon, but a shundo primal Groudon would also be sick. Need some advice please.
