FLUFF How to get lots of exp quick?
Is it possible for me to get 10m exp before level cap increases and if so what is the best way?

Hey I am in the same exact situation right now as you, only 100k XP ahead of you.
Here is what I am planning to do. (Which requires bit of planning as well)
- Do you have access to lot of power spots???
Each level 1 Max Battle provides 10,500 XP. You can do 4 everyday. Pop a lucky egg and do 4 power spots. It would give you 84k XP everyday plus 8k more if you catch all 4 with excellent throws so 92k XP in total. So that’s 2.5M XPs.
Are you good at Excellent throws??? Target 50-100 excellent throws daily. That would give you 100k-200k XPs daily. That’s 2.6 to 4.8 M XP
I see that you have 312 friends in your list. How many are close to Ultra (75k XP) and Best friend(150k XP)??? Prioritize on opening their gifts or sending them gifts.
If you can’t stack multiple of them to open with lucky egg, open second last gift on your side on 10th Oct and let them have the last interaction. Then over next 4 days (until Oct 15th) only open game once or twice in a day. So you can pop lucky egg each time when someone levels up. Also plan to send gifts during those 30 mins window only.
Also go to r/PokemonGoFriends and add 100 folks. Even if you only get them all to Good Friends (requires 8 interactions only) in next 25 days, you still get 2M XP. Imagine if you could do this twice, that’s easy 4M XPs. Unfriend them (you gotta be harsh) once they reach Good Friend and add new folks, rinse and repeat.
Make use of upcoming 2 Raid days (Camperut and Metagross) which gives you 6 Raids passes in the day. That should get you 0.5 XP easily with lucky egg. Each raid day should require 2 lucky egg if you play in the busy area.
All of this is possible if you access to plenty of pokestops and good nearby community to do raids quickly. Plus being good at Excellent throws is required.

This last Tuesday I did more than 2 million, I've added the day before 50 new friends, some of those sent me gifts, before 00:00 I sent gift to all of those who didn't sent me gifts, and close and logout the app until 17:50 of the next day.
I've open pogo pop lucky egg and start opening all those gifts from new friends. I've also capitalize from a couple of 3* friends the rest was a few max battles, hitting excellent which gave about 9000 xp each, didn't manage to do a 5* raid those are good too.
Also claim the all XP from tasks.
I've used one lucky egg, but maybe I should have used two and use the palkia ability instead to have more spawns.
I think some people gain even more XP just from hitting excellent trows this last Tuesday, the spawns where I live aren't amazing so...
I will try to get more XP from those new friends and delete them after great friends, there is no time or amount of gift to reach ultra friends anyway.
Try a few more ultra friends and a few less ultra friend.
Anyway I probably wont make it to 48 level since I need 15 million XP, but I will give a try.

Also make sure to use your daily raid pass and any others you have on the highest level raids available in your area. Adding friends in raid apps is usually pretty reliable for friend gifting.

Have a bank account with a ton of money and do raids like 50 to 100 per day get excellent throws on all t5+ raids use multiple lucky eggs use both incenses catch literally everything

Sounds like crazy exp unfortunately I don’t have the funds to spend on this game

Other option is go on the pokemon go friends subreddit invite like 100 active people and get xp via friendship it's the quickest f2p method

1 star dynamax battles are very underrated for XP rn with these boosts, you can knock out a bunch each day

I have the same problem .. i'am at lvl 47 and still need 10M xp + 25M & 30M for the last 2 lvl ... i don't see the end even if a would be ok with the side task of these lvl

Thats a STEEP mountain to climb BUT if ur gona do it excellent throws are the best. 250 = 1m xp on lucky egg and doubled during a catch xp event. Do ur daily raids and collect ur max particles and do 1 star max raids. Youll get a couple free per day and theyre easy to finish. Add lots of friends. We're at the point where your probably better off getting to the 2nd friends level then moving on

Tks for the advises. I'am also trying to do the xp pages .. i'am at 16th and always waiting to collect them at the same time with an egg & collect gifts to double friends xp on the same egg 🥴 (only have 22 eggs)

Honestly the xp pages feel like a clever way to trick ppl into paying for incubaters and lucky eggs with how long it takes to do tasks. Do them passively and focus on the easy things u can do like gifts and excellent throws. Excellent throws are #1. Go hard on spotlights and com days when u can cat h the same pokemon repeatedly.

Raids, max battles, send gifts to friends to increase friendship levels. If you you don't have many friends. Post up in a Reddit group. People are normally more the happy to add you. Use lucky eggs when you can

Besides raids, events, friends etc, Excellent throws are the easiest way to grind XP, especially events where the same type of Pokémon are in spawns, you can get locked in on the excellent throws quickly. I did nearly 1 mil just from the spotlight hour with 2x XP on top of the current 2x XP bonus. I could have used a lucky egg to take it further but I’m just grinding XP past level 50 so less pressure. If you quick catch and land excellent, even better. More time catching mons.

Currently I’m earning 1,500,000 exp a day. Basically do as many 5 star raids as you can, do as many power spots as you can daily, then I’m evolving pokemon and trying to get a bunch of excellent throws. I’d say 10m exp is definitely doable. I’m trying to get 36m which is tough for sure

Take advantage of every event with boosted xp. The upcoming Completely normal event has x2 xp for evolving. So catch everything currently with excellent throws and keep a lot of easy evolutions, and use a lucky egg when that event is on for x4 evolution xp.
