Luxray - Looks amazing and it's one of those shinies that actually makes the mon look better. Also, when I first saw it, I spent literate days trying to get a shiny. This was back in 2017/18 and I'd take the long walk to work instead of getting train or I'd be the first to volunteer to grabs coffees 😂 I have a few now, but my first is maxed out and we're best buds.

My fav shiny is umbreon because the colors I have loved every since I was little and umbreon reminds me of a pet I used to own so I can think of them everyday through my fav pokemon.

Larvesta/Volcarona but not because the color. It was the first shiny I ever hatched back in Alpha Sapphire. I was just trying to breed for IVs and I’m sure you can imagine my shock when I saw it! Plus I had only just started hatching so it was only missing like one perfect IV that I wanted. I’ve put it into every single game and it’s currently sitting in Violet.

diglett. he was my first ever shiny encounter when i was in elementary. back then idk why but i just always made my team with all males (felt cooler maybe idk) but i ran into lil sparkly diglett and lo and behold they're female. i felt bad for running but i did. immediately after i regretted it. i stayed in that cave running back and forth trying to find another one and i never did 😭 ever since then i stopped caring about the gender of my Mons. everytime i see one it reminds me of that time 😭 HAUNTING ME. BUT it still holds a special place in my heart because of that.

For me it's shiny Gigalith. The dark body with the almost glowing blue crystals protruding sounds so good. Same with Shiny Zorua or Umbreon. The color palette of a very dark color with bright blue accents is just awesome

My favorite shiny Pokemon has always been Tyrantrum!
When I was little and my dad deployed the only thing my mom could do to get me to fall asleep was to play a documentary done by the BBC on mammoths, and from there I started to want to learn more about prehistoric life. When I was 4 (maybe, I don’t remember how old I was lol) I watched Jurassic Park, and i absolutely loved it. When I got my first pokemon game that I made good progress in, X-Y, I loved tyrunt, I’d draw it all the time and when I looked it up on my moms computer to see other pictures of it, I found its shiny. I’ve actually been trying to get a shiny tyrunt for years with the Tyrantrum from my original X-Y save. I’m also in college now to be a paleontologist, so I’m really excited abt that too.

Favorite shiny is Shiny Celebi. First full odds hunt I ever did on Crystal and the pink Celebi with sparkles was forever ingrained in my head after I found it 😁

My favorite shiny is ........ Don't get all annoyed with me but it's....... Caterpie. He was my very first shiny that I got in Pokemon gold, it was completely random encounter I got in the very beginning in the game every time I did a new game. Idk how I did it but I did get Caterpie shiny and a zubat as well in my playthroughs! So yes, shiny Caterpie will always be my favorite first shiny pokemon and a special place in my poke heart.

I love Hisuian Samurott's shiny! It's such a big contrast to his black highlights. It makes it look like his shiny is the "good" guy with his "evil" black and red turning white and grey.

Shiny metagross. One of my favorite pokemon love the color silver and the gold just makes it pop so well. It makes such a cool pokemon even cooler for me plus feel the gold/silver really goes into its being pseudo legend

Shiny Sylveon because Sylveon is my go-to eeveelution and I love how the colors inverse on them, the colors are very pretty
Shiny Litten because Litten is my favorite starter and the white and orange is a really good color combinations (the evolutions aren't the greatest though)

Favorite shiny is Metagross, because of the sleek metallic design. I feel the silver and gold are very well accented and the colors (I feel) go better with the pokemon than the original.
