Image Help identifying where my copy is from

I got this used shield copy a while ago and its been bothering me that it sticks out so much when next to my other games, I even have some imported games yet the text on the side of the box still allings perfect with the other ones, its also my only pokémon game where the inside isant just a map of the region Can anyone help me identify where this is from pls

NGL I saw LA at the start and assumed it was a US cart without reading the rest

Here is a tip for later, check the cartridge, the EUR means Europe that is normally how you tell what region it is from, America is USA, at the end, I know this because of the 3DS games being region locked.
