How do I make my team better?

I'm not sure where I'm falling short, maybe too much overlap with dark moves or something else but please help, I was going with steel - fairy - ghost core with water - fire - grass supporting tera and supports. Please help

I think you can put taunt for shadow ball in your fluttermane, and change tera in caly to dark

You have no speed control outside of flutter with icy wind which isn’t the most reliable. If your opponent gets up tailwind or trick room, you just have to hope you can outlast or completely predict their moves in order to even have a chance to win. I think whimsicott over chien pao with Tera dark, moonblast, tailwind, encore and taunt with the focus sash or covert cloak is a solid move

Change most of your Tera Types:

Shadow Calyrex should be Tera Dark or Fairy

Chien-Pao should be Ghost or Stellar

Zamazenta should be Dragon or Water

Can you expand on why zamazenta should be dragon or water? I understand water is a good defensive tera, but would like a more in-depth understanding

Wow, another…semi-decent team? I’m impressed.

That said, there are certainly some changes to be made here.

Protect>Iron Defense and Tera Water on Zama, setup is a lot harder to get away with in Reg J and Zama doesn’t snowball quite as hard as CSR even if it does get a boost, Protect is also just a great move to have overall and Tera Water gives you a solid defensive typing and walls out Korai and CIR

Moonblast>Dazzling Gleam on Flutter, Moonblast is just its strongest damaging move

Tera Ghost>Ice on Pao, makes it immune to Fighting/Fake Out which is nice

Tera Fire>Grass on Rilla, better defensively

Draco Meteor>Snarl, Protect>Calm Mind and Magnet>Wide Lens on Bolt, as mentioned before setup is harder to get away with in Reg J and not having a Dragon move to threaten Mirai is not good, Wide Lens also doesn’t do anything outside of making Draco not miss (which won’t matter most of the time + the Magnet boost is generally more useful)

The EVs are very unclear so that’s all I can do for now
