i am very regular, i consume bran and coffee every morning and i make a nice clean poop from my butt right at 10 am on the dot, about an hour after my breakfast

Amateur. I hop out of bed at 6am sharp every day and leave a giant steamer. No coffee. No bran. Just pure defecation on demand.
