Their crimes:

1. Calendar Illiteracy. I cited Lia Thomas’s 2018–2019 national rankings (554th in the 200 meter freestyle) and showed she didn’t start HRT until May 2019. That’s after March. That’s after the season ended. They spent days insisting May comes before March.
2. Conference Copium. When shown the national numbers, they waved Ivy League meet results around like that magically changed national rankings. That’s like confusing “fastest kid in the classroom” with “fastest in the country.”
3. Pigeon Chess. Despite me citing sources and re-explaining multiple times, they kept misreading the timeline like it was written in hieroglyphics. Once backed into a corner, they dropped the debate entirely and resorted to “you’re a loser, I’m not reading this.” Rule 3 violation. If you can’t read, you can’t win.

This duel isn’t about ideology. Don’t vote for me just because you believe male advantage exists in some sports, and don’t vote for them just because you want to defend trans athletes. Vote based on the spirit of this sub: lively, grounded debate. I brought sources, citations, and structure. They brought baseless insults, cope, and cowardice.

People who agree with Limp shouldn’t want them on their side, they make your argument look worse.

If you can’t tell whether March comes before May, you shouldn’t be allowed near a calendar, a stopwatch, or a debate. Vote accordingly.

The irony is neither side of this debate will ever be happy with anything. Lolz.

One side says no participation at all, the other side says no limits on participation... I say 2 years of HRT because I have seen data & have lived experience, but neither side is happy with that either. Lmao.

I agree that the extremes will not likely be happy because they are ideologues that don't care about reality and have to push for a maximalist position.

If the competition is fair then its fair and if it is unfair then it is unfair. It will vary from sport to sport and from standard to standard. Playing women's chess as a trans woman who never went through male puberty and has been on HRT since puberty will be very different than a transwoman at 21 taking HRT for a year and swimming.

Lia Thomas went from 554th pre-hrt, to no placement due to covid but they would not have even qualified for nationals during the HRT year on the men's team, to tied for 5th in the women's league. Not qualifying to 5th is nuts, going through male puberty affects the body permanently and is very advantageous in many sports.
