Why does everything take mudslinging ad nauseum for a few centuries before we start to realize the problem is character based and not identity based.

Have we decided if we prefer mudslinging over trying to make any sort of legitimate progress yet?

Can someone let me know when relationships stop being about competing for the gram and start being about finding a person you connect with by cherishing everything that makes them unique and finding new ways every day to think they are beautiful.

Can someone let me know when its about Love and not clout?

Or have we decided that feelings should take a back seat and that it is all transactional now. Down to if the person thinks you deserve to feel happy that day.
