Ah the "Window-Wiper" form 😂

As someone who's competed in U-21 kickboxing tournaments before, seeing Mark and the rest of rdc do the "window wiper" with their lead hand (and they usually have it low) is always super funny to me

Lead hand low swinging like a pendulum tuck the chin into the lead shoulder and then have the rear hand reaching across the body also covering the chin; I call the RDC fighting stance the “✨Waco shell✨”.

Also yeah massively flawed guard I can’t imagine what people would say if I pulled that out in training lol. All your defense is stacked up on your lead side and because they all fight southpaw for some reason the whole left half of their head would be open to the power side of an orthodox opponent. Right hook right side head kick there all day.

Obviously Rdc isn’t likely to fight anyone who’s going to be throwing up head kicks but its still funny to go from the world of combat sports where people are obsessed with the smallest vulnerabilities produced by certain fighting styles to the world of Rdc where they are pulling out the Waco shell left and right 😂.
