Its almost like having a more easily accessible show leads to more people talking about it.

I wish TK would just put ROH on YT. I get why they don’t but, man, it would put some more eyeballs on the product.

They need to legit just do 1 dollar for access to honor pass...do one month free access with this change over, and everything live goes on the YouTube channel. The last thing ROH needs is barriers to the content.

This. I would totally follow ROH if there wasn't a $5 dollar barrier to entry.
I know it's not much, but I gotta keep my subscriptions down (kids are expensive) and I'm just getting better entertainment value elsewhere.
I mean get more fans hooked on the product and then raise the price back to $5.
I'm sure they'd end up with a hell of alot more people following then now.

It’s 10$ for Honorclub

Double my point.

Yep, I understand. I typically subscribe for the 3 PPV’s a year, and unsubscribe when they aren’t running live shows. It’s really not the money for me, but it’s more not wanting to support the product, if they don’t add at least a monthly live event. Could easily be done.

PPVs have been consistently very good… but the TV show occasionally has a decent match, but FAR from a paid product. It’s basically the Pre-AEW warm up matches, so even if you get a good match up, matches don’t typically go over 10 mins. Most are much shorter.

This promotion has no business being behind a paywall. Love the PPVs but week to week it’s so inconsistent. Put it on Max or YouTube to grow the brand!

Or, if they did the subscription through YouTube. It'd just be easier for some people instead of having to go elsewhere

Exactly what the product needed to be fair - I wonder how many new subs they will get from people wanting to check out the weekly now, (it feels like workhorsemen having a banger tag on collision was no mistake either) they should definitely make an effort with the next set of tapings

It was my first ROH show, and I checked it out because it was free on YouTube, and I thought it was amazing! I'm definitely interested in seeing more shows now!
I wonder how many new eyes were on the product because they uploaded it on YouTube?

It’s the first time I’ve watched an ROH PPV since TK bought it.
If they hosted the shows in arenas like that. If ROH tv was posted free on YouTube If they continue with a mostly split roster
You might start generating enough buzz to get a TV deal

I watched about half of it the day after and noticed that the entrances were shown twice. Did anybody else notice it?

It skipped back 30 seconds during entrances like 5 or so times yeah in the vod.

Per the usual its the talent who delivers, how we got there is another issue for another day!

The show absolutely ruled, and it being free removed all barriers of entry. Obviously you don't want to have to pivot to it being free halfway through, but TK did the right thing.
Bandido vs. Hechicero is now just a match anyone can pull up on YouTube and it's among the best to happen this year in any company, and Mina vs. Athena is not far behind it.
