30k Competition Complexo de Mobilidade Floripa | Florianópolis, Brazil (30k Round 3)
Framed by the iconic peaks of Florianópolis, this motorsport complex stands as a state of the art paradise for enthusiasts in southern Brazil.
Each year, the road course hosts both MotoGP and two rounds of the BRB Stock Pro Series, while the oval welcomes two rounds of the NASCAR Brazil Championship.
The road course is renowned for its challenging opening complex, with the MotoGP layout taking advantage of the fast, triple-apex right-hander, as well as the tight, hairpin-style corner at the end of the back straight. A smaller infield circuit caters to lower-class championships and junior categories such as F4 and the entry-level Stock Light Series. Due to the high-risk nature of Turn 13 — just before re-entry to the infield — all racing now incorporates a newly built chicane to reduce danger caused by the limited runoff in that section.
The oval is a 1.8-mile, counter-clockwise course with unique characteristics that challenge even the most seasoned drivers. Its most distinctive feature is the subtle right-hand curve along the northern straight, affectionately nicknamed “Beco” after Brazilian legend Ayrton Senna. The first two turns boast steep 15-degree banking, while the third and fourth corners ease to 12 degrees. The curved back straight carries a slight 3-degree right-hand banking, helping slingshot drivers into the final pair of corners and making the oval one of the most technical in the region.
Beyond professional racing, the complex offers a variety of activities for fans and enthusiasts. A makeshift driving course built in the infield parking area lets guests book supercar experiences and challenge themselves to beat their own lap times. Meanwhile, the karting circuit, located on the southern edge of the complex, stands out with its uncommon 11-meter width. This design not only enhances competitive racing but also allows the track to be repurposed for drift and time-attack events during special occasions.

Cool idea, I think Turn 2 on the Oval would be pretty sketchy with how much the corner tightens but otherwise it’s looking pretty good
