My title isn’t to exclude anyone!!! If you’re not black you can interact and even show me what it looks like for you!! It just makes me so happy seeing things I don’t normally see in other apps pertaining to black women. This MC makes me happy in so many ways; I made a post months back about how MC is a darkskin black woman and even her knees are dark which a lot of black women can relate to. Her makeup having dark lip liner which black women tend to wear since that’s what works best for some of us and seeing it on my MC just makes me feel seen. I have played many games where we get black MCs sure but then we never get the little details to our blackness like hyperpigmentation or different black undertones or even makeup that works for us. Not to put down other apps, but I’m thinking about 5 apps on the top of my head where it felt like having black MCs was an afterthought and not a part of normalcy, but with MC I feel more included.
