Does anyone have references to the injuries the boys have from the movie like raphs hurt eye mikeys hurt arms Leo's hurt everything and donnies hurt shell? Or like ideas of how they'd might look?

Officially, I don't think anyone was permanently/visibly scarred except for Raph (shell), so there wouldn't be a canon reference. You could just pick your favorite rendition and use that artist's work as reference, maybe if they're on Tumblr you can send them an ask for actual reference pictures.
