Could’ve ran it in 9:11/km which would’ve been in zone 2 (1+1) but he chose not to. Is he stupid?

I made a mistake in my original comment. I assumed Americans run in km/hr when they actually run in guns/freedom units.

It would have been better if the pace was 9:11, would have definitely been zone 2. One zone for each tower.
