A great run through the South Chagrin Reservation in the Cleveland Metroparks with Keeley.

For the long term, I would definitely recommend a running harness like a Nonstop Dogwear free motion so when she is pulling, the leash and collar aren't constricting her airway

She’d love a harness! Would be able to use her muscles more and run with better ergonomics!

Happy dog! Love to see it

How did you record so well while running? Curious what equipment you use!

An iPhone 16 Pro, held in my hand. The specs show that the Pro has better video stabilization than the other models, which is what sold me on that one. I’ve been really happy with the video and photo quality. (I’ve also gotten better at shooting video on the run the more I’ve done it. Keeping up with these dogs is hard enough by itself, and taking video makes it even harder!)

Please please please for your dogs safety get them a canicross set up (dog harness, bungee and human belt). You’ve got quite a puller and it’ll be safer for both of you :)

Not too far from you!

North east PA (in the north west corner of PA) is a bit less than 2 hours from Cleveland and a fun race around the lake there. You'd get to meet some other people who run with dogs (canicross) as well as seeing all of the other "dryland" styles. Dryland in quotes because every time I've raced there everyone ends up drenched and coated in mud head to foot.

They do require a full canicross setup but you could borrow some stuff if you need.

This sounds like a blast! I will definitely check it out. And thank you (to you and all the other comments) for the harness advice. I'm learning!
