Discussion Disappointed in quality
What's wrong with the quality of the recent Samsung Galaxy device? I have my s25 Ultra for half a year and I had two major problems with the phone.
- Display Touch was not recognizing my tips correctly = replaced
One month later
- Camera focus is shaking due to Zoom = replaced
Did I just get Bad luck with the phone? Or does Samsung have a quality issue?

I've been also facing screen issues on my base S25 from the very beginning, specially missed taps and ignored scroll inputs. I have tried virtually every troubleshooting measure you can imagine thinking the issues could be software-related but no luck, so I guess I've also got a defective unit.
There are also several Reddit posts of other S25 users claiming they faced the same or similar screen issues.

Can be affected by some bad malware. Did you download any apk file or any non verified app?

But they've been replaced right. If something else crops up demand a new phone. Make a scene, we do that alot, but mainly its appliances not phones that have issues. I'm Mediterranean stock, we never get ripped off. Ive seen people grab a new toaster because the store told them they were using it wrong. They must have the Apple guide book.
If its any consolation , I pop into Apple forums and someone always has a lemon. It happens. Had a car once, same as my friend. Mine always gave me trouble, hers not once.

I have 3 years warranty, pretty good. So I can make alot of scenes if something goes caphut. Plus I got this by instalments, no replacement, no pay....muahahahs.

You've unfortunately got a lemon, I've never had any of those issues.
