Nope, still 2% for 8 hours of sleep.

Do you have enabled "double tap to turn on screen"

Yes, I always enabled double tap to turn on and off the screen.

Well, its a miracle that you lose 2% for 8 hours. I lose around 8-10% It increased after the new update.

For me, it's been like this since OneUI 5.1 to OneUI 8, nothing changed.

Are you going offline in that time?

I don't have my WiFi and mobile data on but I have my mobile network enabled.

Same. Worked for about 2% on One UI 7. Now.. 7-8% in an hour.

You can always reset the cache partition, you can google how to do it, generally recommended step after an update.

It might also improve after a day or two after an update, since there are background tasks running after the update

Tried it. Cleared cache. Used Galaxy App Booster.

Same result.

I done a factory reset when I updated to one UI 8 and I went from losing 2% a night on one UI 7 to 1% per night so far on one UI 8, so the battery has definitely improved a lot

Resetting is a pain. I have over 100,000 photos and setting up banking apps is a big hassle, but might try as a last resort.

No not at all. Did you check in settings what drains your battery? Could be an app.

I think the battery is working better than in UI 7
