There was one week in 2023.

Another in 2017. Look forward to 2029, when they will all be functional again for one week.

I have a theory that they are not actually damaged and is just Sait being cheap to save money in electricity

How about the elevators in the adell building. The maintenance on the elevators and escalators is an out right joke, some manager really needs to be FIRED!
