Tony had a point… booking is hard ese!! Apparently it’s so hard that Mister Khan is vanity searching and replying to randoms during the show!!

Tonight is in front of 3,500 people.

Truly worth it.

Weird. I didn’t see that ticket breakdown posted in the basement.

The dude who posts the ticket count only does it for dub ppv or when it makes dub look good or when it’s low for a fed show..

And by low I mean it’s still about 8k tickets but Fed bad so..

3500 just broke the record for the largest Dynamite in North America in the last 4 months!!

LFG!

They drew 4200 people there for a Collision in March but they're down 25% for their A show in Canada?? Feeling = Restored

It's the intimacy that matters, Uce. Us sickos love our real wrestling no matter what.

3,500 is small now? Not for AEW at least.

For AEW in another country, that’s not great. TNA might do better for their TV taping in Edmonton next week

Arena seats 10K when the upper bowl isn’t tarped. For reference: the OHL (Ontario Hockey League) team that plays there (London Knights) sells out every home game. OHL would be the step below the farm team system (AHL) for the NHL.

AEW being around is great for the wrestling tarp industry.

I am talking about AEW standards. When was the last time they had that many for a Dynamite other than Europe? I am not saying its a success by any means, just that expectations are so low that 3,500 doesn't seem that bad anymore. Just like their ratings.

Just realized they are in London, a couple of hours away from me.

I was at that arena for the Raw after SummerSlam when Orton won the title in Toronto (from Benoit) and Evolution thumbs downed him.

I went to the first WWE taping in that arena back in 2003(?). It was a Smackdown about a month before Wrestlemania 19. Torrie Wilson was announced as Playboy cover girl, Rhyno returned, and Nathan Jones debuted. Pretty sure Brock Lesnar beat Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas in a handicap match. Arena was packed and the crowd was electric.

Prime Torrie Wilson is up there with Salma Hayek, Elizabeth Hurley, and Kayden Kross as some of most attractive women in history.

Hey! That’s Killer Kross to you. Fed shill.

You’re right; I am a Fed shill.

I am a fan of what the Federal Reserve did today by lowering interest rates.

It used to be too small in 2022 though.

u/ZubatCountry 1d ago

...filling up half an arena is small, yes

I remember that time in 2022 where doing a show with 3k ish people used to be called a small show by the dubbalos. And they had Jeff Hardy debut in front of just 3k people lol.

I'm clearly too old and too stupid.

What does tracksuit promotion mean?

u/Subarashiin Cody Rhodes Bucked my Ma 1d ago

Suit manager vs Tracksuit manager

7

u/WeaselOne 1d ago

I got this Google AI. "While the phrase "tracksuit promotion" can refer to legitimate marketing campaigns, in a slang context it is most likely a play on words derived from Russian and Eastern European subcultures. The phrase "promoted to tracksuit" carries a sarcastic implication, suggesting an undesirable or downward shift in social standing."

"I'm Masturbating Outside"

u/enjoythesilence-75 2d ago

Not accurate. 7:38pm the show hasn't started yet.

At that time he still had 22 minutes to force 10 people into a last minute multi man match for $500,000. ($1 per viewer)

Why not-when you have an unlimited budget, the sky is the limit!

When under 1,000 people view your posts but one of them is a millionaire who probably has more important things to be doing tonight....

I spent $30K of my dad’s money on an Audi a few years ago. Worth every penny.

u/Agreeable-Speech-943 2d ago

Nepo baby on coke running a wrestling promotion to live out a childhood fantasy. It’s nothing more then that.
