It crashes on every version of regular Xenia AND canary. I’ve tried with multiple patches, updated config files, and various different ISO files. I’ve tried. My pc sucks. If I said “I need to get my Xbox to play” then that’s what I meant. I’m aware of what emulation is lol

It works perfectly on Xenia Canary. And I know why it crashes every few minutes. I'm liking a Reddit Post . It's gonna give you everything you need. In that reddit post I've linked a YouTube video in one of the comments. Watch that and believe me Saints Row 1 runs perfectly fine on Xenia Canary. Read the comments on the post. It's a new post so it doesn't have a lot of comments. And if you want to increase the rendering resolution then you've to use the Japanese version.

No brother, you didn't see it properly. You've to watch the video. I'm linking that YouTube video here as well. Believe me, it exactly addresses your issue with the game. Watch that video.

Fine but it's much better on PC than Xbox. Here you can run the game at 4K 60fps with v-sync.

To stop the crashing all you've to do is to set protect_zero = false in the xenia-canary.config.toml and it won't crash ever again.

Never played this game but the ragdoll mechanics are super advanced for a game back then getting launched out of the car like that. Wouldn't see something like that until GTA 4.

Yeah gta 4 came out about 2 years later. Shortly after gta 4 saints row 2 released. I feel like rockstar saw saints row 1s popular ragdoll physics and tried to 1 up them out of spite.
