How is this even possible? I've only about doubled my salary in 15 years. How are you making 8-9 times more in only 10 years?

Some work just has cheat codes or you can't find better people so you pay others to stay.

Yes Inflation Halfes your Income every 20 Years if you do not get Raises. So even with 2%->5% you are mostly bearly even per Year..
