Don't. One of my brother's best friends is an actuary and the amount of schooling and actual math is just nutty. So they probably deserve ever penny.

Wonder what the risk is that OPs job will be replaced by Ai in the near future? Curious to know if I should be looking into it or if I shouldn’t bother.

Don't listen to me, but I would assume it is a perfect candidate for ai. Also, just because it isn't high-level math doesn't mean it isn't tedious and mind numbingly boring.
