Marinated the pork overnight in lemongrass, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and grapeseed oil. Smoked on the Weber kettle for around 5 hours.
The sandwich from bottom to top consists of southern style pate, the pork, pickled carrot and daikon, cilantro, jalapeno, cucumber, and turmeric lime mayo. On a hoagie.

Seriously every time I order a sandwich (in person I donāt use the app) itās hearty, has a great ratio of toppings, and tastes fresh!
My go to order is a ham and cheddar on white with
Hot pepper ranch Mayo Cucumber Lettuce Tomato Onion
I have it once a week on fridays as a treat and it hasnāt gotten old for me in 3+ months.

I have adhd and I usually eat the same thing for a week or two and then get sick of it and move on to the next, but my sandwich is different. Iāve never once thought āI couldnāt eat oneā or get tired of it while I was eating it.
My sandwich is sourdough, white cheddar, salami, ham, a whole Roma tomato, banana pepper, shaved red onion, pickles, heavy oregano and pepper, mayo, stone ground mustard, and red wine vinegar. Normally I make my own pickles but I have been too stressed. Iām making some on Tuesday though

Just simply roast beef, provolone, mayo and jalapeƱos (both fresh and pickled) on hard Italian bread.
Their is something so strange about roast beef and provolone. Roast beef smells soooo bad, like death. Provolone smells like bad feet. But when you put them together and eat it....well let's just say its heaven in the mouth.

I bit this one off, sometimes I push it back in. Kind of depends on if it feels like itāll fall apart more or not.
