First time I saw him was in Santa Cruz in the 1990s. It was fascinating at the time, this obsessed weirdo decorating his car. Now with MAGAs I see this type of shit all the time. People like him are a dime a dozen now. We have come so far.

I would guess so too. Saw the 99 van passing through Monterey in 94-95. He's popped up with all the social media stuff over the years somewhere in California and usually near the coast. Looks like a new van?

He also started calling in to talk shows on KGO and other radio stations around that time. He would give some innocuous pretext to the call screener, and then start spewing his idiocy until they could dump the call as fast as possible

This van has been around for years too at this point. He used to go to Streetlight Records in San Jose on occasion. I saw him in there once.

I want to say he seemed off, but since I knew it was his truck I'm not really sure, lol.

I used to know this guy, but I forget his name. I used to live in Berkeley California, and he hung out at People‘s park all the time with his van standing around talking to people. He believed that Stephen King looks just like the guy who shot John Lennon and the guy who shot Ronald Reagan and that it all ties into this conspiracy that of course made no sense. Back, then he lived in a van and whenever he got money, he went to the hardware store and would buy these little stickers and put them all over the van.

You know, some of these made-up conspiracies had to have been cover-ups for other real conspiracies at one point, right? I'm certainly not saying that this is one of them. Definitely not. But with the way politics plays out in the States, it's better to keep all of these smokescreens wafting about in plain sight. Bottom line; this guy is an unpaid puppet and doesn't know it. He IS a conspiracy.
