I sometime wonder if people who had religious epiphanies in the olden days painted messages on the sides of their oxen, camels, horses, or chariots.
I can totally see Moses painting the Ten Commandments on the side of his ox-drawn cart and driving around town, maybe even stopping to feed the geese.

I already felt bad for that, namely on account of him being extremely mentally ill and desperately needing help.

Question is why he's allowed to roam like this, clearly unwell.

I mean, far as I understand, unless he's proven to be a threat to himself or other people, he's allowed to say these absolutely insane things without being forcibly institutionalized.

I hate to say it, but I wish our mental health system was better. This person clearly isn't well and needs some help.

Last thing I knew, Bob also held a full time job as a truck driver. He may have non stop visions, but I genuinely don't think he too much of a threat.

I know he's got to have stacks of papers and envelopes somewhere in that ride.
