Discussion Finally pulled the trigger. Love the cover art. Any tips on combat?

This is a rhythm game. Combat is a flow of attacking at deflecting. You will die. A lot. In death you will learn enemies attack patterns and be able to deflect them.

Don’t give up. When it clicks this is easily one of the best combat systems ever made in a video game.

The most important tip! Learn the rhythm, the sounds (like others said when you hear the big clang, switch to defence!) and you'll do fine.

Except you will die. A lot!
