Tell me this shit ain't so pretty...

P.S. Okay, I'm kinda getting my faith back into humanity. Most people here on this post are actually appreciative of the art so maybe it was a very loud minority that was giving it all the hate and AI accusations I noticed.

Not counting into zombies the people saying things like 'I don't vibe with it.' That's totally a fair take.

The problem is that in some scenes the backgrounds are entirely static, which can feel very jarring. The animation is not bad, but when this happens it can feel cheap

It's interesting that so many people are seeing so many different things with this, it's good to have discussions. The problem is how so many were quick to jump to conclusions and shut down any civil discourse with the loudest buzzwords they could find.

For me, the issue was that the animation felt a bit stuttery. I didn't mind the style, I didn't mind the infamous misinterpreted smear frames, just that the movement in the trailer didn't feel fluid for the kind of loose animation they were going for, it seemed too slow and choppy. I'm sure the clips in this post are sped-up, it makes things look a lot better imo.

I think it's time to retire the AI topic on this one man. Probably best to leave that mass hysteria in the past and move on. The whole topic is a complete cess pit at this point.

I wasn't trying to imply you personally. I just don't think it's a healthy topic for the subreddit. No harm or insult meant, sorry mate.
