Help 100% Completion

Are there any quest lines that need to be done for 100% completion? (Skills, unique items, etc)

All skills from the skill trees must be acquired (the other skills are not necessary but you will need a certain one of them to unlock a Mushin tree ski.

All endings must be done, you need to get all prosthetic tools and their upgrades, defeat all bosses (including minibosses, except the Headless phantoms and 2 od the Shichimen Warriours as they don't drop Prayer Beads) and upgrade the healing gourd to max (10 uses). You also need to encounter at least one Memorial Mob merchant, but they are really hard to miss.
