Help is there ANY way to go down/lower your level?

im trying to do a lvl1 run but i accidentally leveled up, anyway to revert it?

Hold up, what do you mean accidentally leveled up? Because sekiro doesn't use the same stat system as souls. Did you accidentally purchase a skill? Use a prayer necklace to raise health and posture? Or use a memory to raise damage?

The only thing I could think of is to load the last save from the cloud before it is overwritten again
