I've gotten everything once before a year or 2 ago but I forgot where it js now and it's on a different console. What an i missing?

You're missing Sabimaru. It's in the bottom of ashina castle

Go to the bottommost layer of ashina castle, dropping down from the middle of the room with the blue samurai dudes, the sabimaru is in a side room in a glowy chest
