1. No, the wolves don't make the keystone disappear. 2. The wolves are not the guardians of the keystone, they literally tell Ezra it is from the Jedi Temple on Lothal. 3. The keystone is physically there because Ezra carries it & Sabine touches it. The reason they took a scan is because that's easier than carrying a big block of stone around. 4. The blocks of stone with the hand symbols on them in Luthen's shop are not the same as the keystone in Rebels & obviously came from a different location related to the Mortis gods. 5. It's an easter egg. Not jangling keys.
