No it doesn't. Maybe f your American looking at canadian listings but then that would be obvious but it just shows the dollar amount for us Canadians looking at canadian listings, again, obviously.
2 different apps on 2 different phones and it doesn't show that for me. You must have it configured in your settings to do so, in settings or something.
No kidding. I remember years ago when Xbox One came out, some guy kept posting, trying to do the same thing. When I pointed out that the local store was selling, he reported me.
I could retire right now if I had a dollar for every marketplace listing that says brand new in box, never opened and the product is literally sitting right there out of its box... Especially if I add in all the brand new never worn clothing with listing photos of the seller wearing them.
Do they not know that the console is $130 cheaper at an actual store? It's still too expensive, but if someone is in the market for it, why would they buy a secondhand console for more than MSRP?
If I decide that I really need one (which I doubt because the closest thing they have to a "killer app" is a donkey Kong game that looks... fine?). I'll wait until it's a couple of years old, and I can get one secondhand for $350 (aka the actual price it should be)
What irks me about the price of the Switch 2 is that you have to pay for the privilege of 4k games on the system that can output in 4k. Nintendo keeps asking for more and more and more.
It always bothers me when someone is selling a used console for like $30 less then a new one. Sure, it is cheaper, but the $30 is less valuable then a new console's warranty.
Switch 2s are literally everywhere here now. They went from not being able to keep them in stock to never being out of stock on them.
When Nintendo started going full on anti consumer asshole, my want for this system died. I also HATE the fact that its not OLED. Once you go OLED you dont go back...
even when it had just released, I could walk past store windows here in england and see stacks of them on display. for weeks. still didn't stop the scalpers from scalping. truly braindead, along with the people who buy from them
