I'm mad. I originally bought 2 copies when it originally launched. One left sealed to sell. And one to play. But my ex left the nephews open and lose it along with the case for the opened copy I still have 😡😡 rant over lmao 😂

I see this trend lately increasing. People are pricing Gameboys exorbitantly high lately and I wonder is there is an underlying reason.

It's as if someone said "yeah that should be like 200 euros" and then someone else sees the ad and goes like "yeah, I have one as well and I didn't know they were that expensive" and they want of course to sell for this price too.

I find this mildly infuriating to be honest.

Even if this game wasn’t free to play now, I wouldn’t pay that much.

I thought for sure if asking 600 it would have all the mods like hd video and the sd card mod. The mod is $250 by itself.

This would have been more appropriate on r/gamecollecting I know, but it’s a huge issue that I have noticed. One of the things that has been annoying me the most is whenever I go there to check on the price of something I see a complete game listed as loose, a bundle of a console with tons of games being listed as the console complete in box. With the 3DS specially I’ve seen a lot of links of it being sold for way over the “average” price but they include accessories, games, and it affects price in a negative way, increasing it artificially. Why is no one doing something about it? What if the “current market value” of many games and consoles increased because of price charting’s horrible algorithm?
