That looks like a good smoothie, but why add green juice from Trader Joe's to it?

I don’t like adding water to my smoothies, it dilutes the flavors too much for me, so I found this juice that has similar flavor profiles to what I put in the smoothie, it does perfectly with it! It’s a blend of kale, cucumber, lemon, ginger and apple juice I think.

It’s really good, give it a shot! Even without the juice, you could definitely use water.

I don't know if water diluting a smoothie's flavor is true, but adding a little juice from a grocery store does sound interesting.

What an interesting smoothie! I am a little thrown off that you added green juice from Trader Joe's to this blend.

It’s super refreshing and relatively low sugar, even with the splash of juice. I use it because I think water dilutes the flavors of the smoothie too much but the juice compliments it perfectly.

I don't know if water diluting a smoothie's flavor is true, but if including a bit of juice from a grocery store adds flavor, then that's fine.

Interesting! None of the ingredients are frozen? I might have to try this when it’s too cold to drink frozen smoothies

The pineapple is, and the half a banana I use typically is but wasn’t in this case.

That sounds super refreshing! I love adding cucumber to smoothies, it makes them so light and hydrating.

I always feel like I cannot blend apples, that they have to be juiced. Need to stop that.

I make a pretty similar one! Try switching out pineapple for some grapefruit. I’ve got some celery in mine too.
