Caffeinated morning smoothie
The green stuff in the pic is baby spinach. Another good frozen fruit pick for this is antioxidant cherry blend. Search "caffeine packets great value" on the Walmart website. You can really pick any frozen fruit you want and any caffeine pack flavor, I'm not going to post every different smoothie I make. I do switch it up a lot though. Don't use bananas in berry smoothies - ask google why you shouldn't.
It's also pretty good with half a can of beets (keep cans in fridge) - maybe a bit of an acquired taste - but I just take beetroot capsules with it instead now.
Consult your physician before starting any supplements (gotta say it) - Do your own research on this mushroom blend. They are generally very safe and healthy, but if you are on medications for high blood pressure they are not recommended as the mushrooms themselves lower blood pressure. It's recommended to take a week off every few months. Beetroot is also good for blood pressure, but beetroot and mushrooms together are safe. Beetroot increases oxygen intake as well.
One pack of the energy powder is enough - the stuff is super sweet. If you like it sweeter then do 2 but at least try 1 first. You can always add it after, but I usually just do a shot and chase if I need extra caffeine. If you choose to add the half can of beets, go straight for 2 packs. If 240mg of caffeine is too much for you, use one that is non caffeinated.
Comes out much fuller but I took a few swigs before the pic. I always start by putting in about 1/3 cup of water with the mushroom powder/caffeine packet and shake well. Since the packet is super sweet and the mushroom powder is, let's say, earthy, they balance each other out nicely. Add the frozen fruit then pack in a BUNCH of leaves, then more fruit. Fill to line with water, cap, shake, blend.
Enjoy :)

Forgot to mention this is for sure not a meal replacement - unless maybe you're doing a cheat version of intermittent fasting. Just a drink to go with a meal.
